Shawn was amazing, we called from our summer house; we found a broken pipe when we came up to turn water on for summer. He called back within about an hour, offered to come by and "see what he could do to help us". Shawn intially said he would be able to do repair within few days but then, even though close to end of his work day, said, "Heck, let's see if we can get it done now". He did the repair quickly, was very easy to talk with and gave us some sound advice on our pump and even adjusted the regulator. The price was very competitive and he has our business from now on.
