Today 3/23/2022 I experienced racism from a white employee working in the yard waste disposal. He referred to me as a “wet back mexican.” He profiled me believing I did not speak English. He then proceeded to make all kinds of racist remarks to his coworker. I felt very humiliated. Including, his very own coworker decided to walk away because he knew that he was in the wrong. This place of business needs to know what kind employees they have working with them.

Came here five different times to pick up wood chips. I was able to mulch my back yard for free! The staff seemed like they were just getting by in the day. Didn't have high expectations anyway because this is a type of dump. After I got lost the first time and practically took a self tour of the whole facility, it was much easier to navigate the rest of the times. The first time I loaded all the mulch by myself; because the guys running the tractors were busy. The other four times they loaded my truck for me! One pick up truck load can normally haul one cubic yard.

Yes! It does give out FREE mulch. Their compost is $20 for two yards, but I think if it's for a community garden then it's free. I think... But for sure the mulch is 100% FREE.
As of July 2017, palm items are no longer accepted. They go to the landfill instead.
Our business does not focus on buying scrap metal, try SA Recycling.
Currently they open daily from Tuesday's through Saturdays 7:00 am- 4:00 pm. Closed Sundays and Mondays.
