This place is rude. They are not friendly towards same sex tennants. Some man named "Hal" came to our complex to complain about of home. We have been at the complex for a while way before the Housing Athorirty took it over from the Equity Group. How dare he try to say that he has no idea what damage there is to the place when they bought the property as is. That's just not right. Getting notices to leave when we are current with rent... during the 30day notice process, it is just help. Nobody seems to be on the same page. We get the run around with everything. One says this and the other says no, I'm the boss and what I say goes... wow. What a joke. Our complex has gone down the drain since. Pacific Court used to be clean... now, even the on site manager is useless, she can't even pick up fecal matter or control the trash divers... it takes days before anyone can get our for work orders and when they decide to show up it is inconsistent and there is no notice... This place needs some structure. Or better management. And new tennants should be regulated. The peace is no more. Trash trash trash. I'm glad to be out.
