First i will say this is the first time ive experience this at this business. My last experience at the nail Solon (that I've been going to for over a year now) wasn't a pleasurable one. I made an appointment with Joy (very sweet lady) who does my feet and an appointment with the nail tech Kim. These two ladies have done my nails and feet for over 1 year. This week Kim refused to do my nails, and at first I thought maybe she had an appointment at the time I was coming to get my feet done. NOPE! She refused to do my nails period! I have no idea why, but I know she was upset I gave her $5 tip and I have Joy the regular $10. I always tip them both the same, but because of getting $15 in change i did it that way. With Joy I never have to go back and forth. With Kim it's always back and forth (after a year, she should know what I like). Once I asked everyone in the Solon if they had openings for the NEXT day and they all said no, It made me feel like she told them all to say no to me. I've been a valued customer and I've brought visitors with me to promote that Solon and I felt like Kim was childish for acting in that unprofessional manner over $5. I will continue to get my feet done with Joy as long as she will do them. If I don't get banned for my review. This review has nothing to do with good service because it's usually what I get, but not this time. So please tip well.
