The owner is very nice and sometimes they do good braids but the workers are very rude. They have a attitude soon as you walk in the door. I always call the owner “Matu” she is very nice and professional. I think she just need new workers.

I’ve been going to braidtown for 4yrs now & they’ve done a great job every time. They are always fast & my braids are always neat every time. I’ve had Two braids, box braids, knotless braids, Goddess locs (hand wrapped) & Marley twist! All have been flawless! When someone ask me where to get their hair braided I always recommend braidtown.

yeah there is a way they can put the box braids in and they will be able to cover it .
