Yes they will but call first because they often fill up their recycled fluid tanks and will turn you away. Most large auto parts stores will recycle fluids, they will also recycle your old batterys and give you cash for the core.
Flux Capacities
Why do you want it need old wiper blades? If they have an outside garbage can I am sure you can find some in there, especially on the first day we have heavy rain.
