Please be respectful, and patient during these trying times. Most places have had to employ modified systems and require masks for everyone's safety.
Yes you can. If you order something and its not right before closing and you are local a third party company called "Shipt" will pick it up and deliver but I believe its only with certain products. Big items that cant just be carried I am pretty sure aren't eligible. Ram, hard drives, and other small things are items they have delivered to me.
Yes best buy will recycle any old electronic, just walk in and say you want you want to recycle and they'll gladly take it.
No but any of the salespeople for phones can help you.
No
Maybe they love being there but customers are just rude and can make it hard to enjoy the day.
Nothing gets sold as incomplete and if it did its sold at a discount. For instance, if you want a 3 dvd set of the jurassic park series but someone has stolen a dvd out of it, once we noticed the item was on the shelf like that it would go to store security and then to returns. You also have to look at MSRP so if the box said $29.99 Steelback Jurassic Park Trilogy movie set but only had 1 or 2 dvd's in it then yes we wouldn't be able to sell it at all, even at a discount. If something says it comes with the correct number of items then we will not sell it at a discount.
Hello John, I used to work in GeekSquad department and I can tell you for a fact that everyone in our department knew what they were speaking of and its more corporate who doesn't allow us to do certain things due to liability which is why we look incompetent but rest assured everyone in every department (unless they were filling for someone who called out) is very well versed in the items they sell. We did have training on new products and we had to know about the area we worked in before applying. When it comes to the items in the store, they get moved around sometimes overnight by our stocking staff and the regular employees dont know that happened or havent been told until we get yelled at for pointing someone in the direction where it used to be. There is a App you can download where you just type in what product your looking for and it will tell you the row but sometimes those arent even up to date 100%. We do apologize.
Hello, I used to work at Bestbuy and I can promise you when returning an item, if you do not have the original receipt, card it was purchased with, or trying to bring something that was obviously damaged back in you will face a straight no on our end. Its wild if you could see how many people have returned 10 year old tvs in a box for a newer TV and just acted stupid when we opened the box to find out the tv in the box was not the one that originally came in it. We just deny it and move on with our day. Always have a copy of the receipt or the card it was bought with when returning items. If you have an account with Bestbuy on file, you can use that during purchases and you will always haver a receipt under your phone number in case you ever need it. We did have to make sure the product was the same, even a single serial number can make it unreturnable.
Did you mean playstation?
In order to make more money, most printing companies include a little chip on each ink cartridge that tells the printer what color is inserted or if its full or empty. Once your ink cartridge is empty you cannot refill it and reuse it again directly. There is a slight trick with this though. If you have two store bought cartridges, you can drill a hole and replace the ink on a second cartridge and insert that, then when that second ones empty drill a hole in the first and refill the ink in it and place that in. Because its seeing them as different cartridge "chips" each time you can do that for as long as that method keeps working. They sell refill kits with rubber stopers for this method but I have heard some horror stories with them. Refill them at your own risk.
They do randomly become restocked but employees wouldn't know. There are 3rd party websites for newer consoles that show restocking as they have insiders in the stores or you can buy them online from Ebay and what not but Ebay is always a gamble in quality or item being damaged etc.
No Bestbuy does not, I would head over to Staples if you are looking for services like that.
Go to website and cancel or change the appt.
