Best mobile park in Santa Paula. Well maintained. Management has added a daily tow service to ensure residents do not Park in the fire lanes. Club house is decent,pool is maintained daily, pal trees are trimmed annually and management oversees all living quarters to ensure residents are maintaining their lots.
