Honestly, I'm not sure how I would even feel about hiring this person to do polygraph services for me. I read the google reviews -- and compared it with other companies around the bay area and they said that this place had quality results and professional services. Anyways, first time I called they said I had to schedule an appointment online and that they will contact me afterwards -- So that's what I did. Waited several days to see if they would confirm the appointment but did not hear anything back so I called them instead. Not sure if this person was having a bad day -- but when a potential client calls you and asks you about an appointment and that they scheduled one and then the only thing you say is "we didn't get any appointments" or gives me one word answers and quite frankly that's rude. I've worked in retail, sales, and all different types of jobs, but never had someone talk to me in this tone of voice. I can tell that the reviews were not accurate about this place being professional, just from a phone conversation, I would never hire this place. P.S the website is a disaster. Northern isn't even spelled correctly.

We called Northern California Polygraph and spoke to Arya. He was very nice and asked me to fill the appointment submission form on their website and send it to him. Their website is very simple and easy to navigate. The next day he came to our home office and I told him my story while my husband was seating there. He asked me and my husband some questions related to our dispute and built my test questions right there. I liked how his questions was very precise and on the point. The exam did not take that long and I got the result right then. As I was sure, I did pass the test and proved to my husband I was faithful to him all this years. I want to thank this business and their professional services.

I needed an emergency ASAP kind of appointment to clearout my name and end long time dispute with my partner. Talked to the owner Arya, he was very professional and explained the process for me very well and walked me through to make an appointment right there on the phone. I meet him in his office two hours later. At first I was very nervous but he assured me, that is very normal and being nervous does not affect the outcome of the exam. He said, "I would be surprised, if you were not nervous". After his explanation I was sure I came to the right place. When the test finished I got my result right on the spot. I took a deep breath of relief when he told me, I did pass the test and it shows that I am truthful. The whole process took about hour and half which was about what I was expecting.
