Loved our experience today! The staff was awesome and so friendly! We were very impressed at how they enforce their safety rules, especially since we had 2 little ones on the back of ski’s. We witnessed others acting unsafe and it was handled quickly, as not to put anyone else in danger. Great job, Island Water Sports!

This place is a complete joke, the women at the front were amazing I will say but the boss and the man who put on life jackets were completely disrespectful, had absolutely no people skills, and talked down to you. They kicked us off our jet skis for others riding outside the zones and splashing. To pay what we payed this was absolutely disrespectful and uncalled for. When we asked what was going on he yelled at us and told us to never come back….TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! To your response, you have the wrong group. We never left the the flagged area that was the other group and are whole point. We were warned one time for riding to close, after you guys had to warn the others for leaving the area and almost hitting some of our people on skis! It does not matter how long you have been doing this, whether it be 1 year to 30. From reading other reviews this seems to be a recurring issue.

Unfortunately did not have quote a good experience. Our 12 reservation didn't get us on the water until 12:56 (arrived 20 mon early to appointment). I stop watched our time and the flags were brought down almost 11 minutes before it should have been. We were also a big group and the original organizer was charged the full amount (~$800) and each couple were charged the $80 for the 30 min rental. It just seemed to have a lot of miscommunication between the staff and how they were trying to handle late arrivals and weather. We had a less than ideal experience and will not be returning for the jet ski rentals. Some pros, on site restrooms and a kiddie pool was running for the little ones. Also had a cool spot to hang out at when waiting for the watercraft. EDIT: The owner reached out to rectify the situation, our group has been given a refund (albeit had some hoops to go through since the original cards were not there), but I think a call, an apology, and the monitary reimbursement goes a long way. Understanding the struggles that can befall any business owner. So adding an additional star for the rectification.
