Plenty of equipment options, especially with the recent renovations. However, it's unfortunate that there is now only one power rack and one squat rack. Staff is usually friendly. Cleanliness is pretty low, but spray bottles are provided at least to clean your own equipment.

Separate but hot tubs are shared.
The pool is operational, but the gym is members only, so you would need a membership.
I think its included in the gym membership. No seperate fee.
