To be completely candid with you, the plaza itself feels outdated and dead. The small businesses hidden within are what make this plaza worthy of being a destination. The smoothies at Smoothie Bus are delicious, the environment at Hop Knot is wonderful, the staff and coffee at A&E cannot be missed! However, the plaza itself? It could be. Its a lot more welcoming now that the tables are out for the warmer weather, so kudos for that. 3 stars, solely for the businesses within the plaza and the hard workers.

Other than the post office and a few other good businesses the place is a ghost town. Hopefully it will return to the position of activity it once held.

This is the fourth time this past month, that the plaza is closed upon arrival. I have a PO box at this location and when I opened it, the postal worker told me that I would be able to access my box during the plaza's business hours until 6:30PM weekdays and hours are posted at the front entrance of the building. Tonight I flew to this location right after work and arrived at 6:11 PM and the doors were once again locked. I understand people want to go home earlt and all but I honestly find it very unprofessional for a business to continuously close way ahead of their advertised business hours. I will most definitely be transferring my services to another location.
