Does anyone answer the phone? I'm not going to leave a bad review or anything but honestly can't think of another way to let the store know that if anyone has questions their is no way to get help. I have tried many many times over a two week period. No one has ever answered. Is it that the phone number listed is not answered as a common practice? And you have to leave a message? Would anyone call you back? Or is it just the wrong number? Would like to donate a lot of items and just had a few questions. I do wish the customer service was better.

I always enjoy going to Good Will! Found a lot of baby clothes! The prices are very reasonable on everything!

Hi - yes, our donation centers are open. The Granbury location is open Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. at this time. Thank you for thinking of us!
Yes, we do accept donations in Granbury. If you are looking at the front of our retail stores, you'll need to go around to the right side of the building and you'll see a door that says Donations. Thanks for thinking of us!
The manager that I am aware of that works at this location is the most rude, condescending, slanderous and crooked woman I've ever met. She will stand up at the registers "talking" to her employees, wait for whomever is in line to pay for their items and just as they are handed their change, she will rush over, reach into the customers bags and pull items out and swear that the customer changed the prices and goes to the back and comes back with the item and a new higher priced sticker. She doesnt follow Goodwill policy, she has discriminated against me and I am disabled so unfortunately she obviously doesn't care for the whole entire "mission" of Goodwill. I have called corporate numerous times on her and have recordings of her accusing people of theft, also of other instances of discrimination, calling customers vultures and more. I haven't received a call from Corporate from my last and worst encounter with her though I was told I would be contacted. I'm contemplating litigation.
