Been here several times because it’s convenient to my house. Regret it every time the customer service here is terrible. They need to have chaos to check out because they refused to help you. They only want to stock shoes. Do you ask a question they give you seriously bad attitude.

Do not support this business. Go to another location. The salesman that worked today needs to be let go. He has no sense of costumer service, rude responses nor compassion for the elderly. A young man asked him if they had a set shoe in a certain size; his response was "man shoes are on the wall take a look yourself". Elder lady searching every box for the shoe model and size since he was too busy to help her (which he wasn't he acted busy so he won't help); she ended up asking another costumer for help. Then comes another person comes in asking if they can get help finding comfort shoes for their grandma; his response "don't we all?" And point to a corner. Another elder person comes in and again he looks bothered/annoyed and just points as if the elderly woman knows where they are. Disgusting service especially with the elderly. I left; I couldn't take it anymore.
