We stayed here for several months due to medical and other family issues. They worked with us on reduced rates, and while it was still expensive, it was a better rate than you will find in the area. It is a stone away from Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, and very close to ask the shopping and restaurants in West Lebanon.

Positive: Location to my worksite, the employees(other than the owner) were kind and very helpful. Negative: I had a huge hole in my wall between rooms that I didn't notice until day 3 when I moved a trashcan, and the hole was behind it- seeing into the room next to me. I cut my trip short at this point,

Positive: Nothing. Will never go back. Complete rip off Negative: Street sign not lit, hard to find. Staff was not friendly. Other then the bed (which did look reasonable new) room was filthy. Stains on the rug looked like CSI needed to send a team in to clean up a crime scene. Bathroom was filthy. Huge crack in mirror

There was food left in the fridge from the person before and a bar of soap left in the shower. The bed was fairly comfortable but my room smells smoky even though it wasn’t a smoking room. My bed was not made during the stay at all and the trash was not taken out at all. Overall I’d say it’s more of an issue with their housekeeping the people at the front desk were very friendly
