We are a substance use treatment facility. If you are in need of substance use treatment, we are happy to serve you. There are two ways to come for services. Arrive at 7AM any week day and ask for the Intake Department and they will see you immediately. The second is to call Geri Cooper at 312 667 2200 and set up an appointment for an Intake assessment. To be admitted you do need to be substance free. If you need assistance getting into a Detox, please call Geri and she can assist you. If you are looking for shelter, not treatment, our Homeless Services Unit can assist you. Please call 773 368 1975 or 773 368 1268.
