It's a park so it's always open. On nights when there are free concerts, music starts at 8 but you want to go earlier to find a good spot on the lawn.

No, not tonight. The show's are primarily put on in the Spring, Summer and early Fall time frame. As mentioned earlier, there is an app you can download for their calendar of events.

There's no charge, most of the shows are free. I'm not sure about BOB. I think you'd need to check Arlington's public consumption laws. Hope this helps
