Very friendly and very helpful. There was a slight delay in shipping but the owner got on top of it and got my son an upgrade on his bike for the delay. My son was very happy with his new bike and that makes me happy as well. Thank you very much Stacked Bicycle Shop. I highly recommend it

I love this bike shop for service on my various electric bikes. They make you feel at home no matter what kind of bike you have. Turnaround time for a brake tuneup and cleaning was excellent, 2 days for 3 bikes. I am satisfied with their prices. I was frequenting a different shop and I am glad I found this place. I will visit again and again as needed.
