I wish we would’ve found Ferguson earlier in our bathroom remodel! Our salesperson at the Frisco location, Kenzy, was fantastic. She was able to help us think of items that we might have missed, while being zero pressure. She was also invaluable in navigating a couple of bumps along the way with our orders. We will definitely use Ferguson again for our next bathroom.

In first try to contact Ferguson I was on hold for 20 minutes. Occasionally the recording offered to call me back by dialing “ 1” but that option did not work. I can’t understand paying for a nice ad on TV that got my attention and then not being able to call the store. I can see now why other reviews are so negative regarding customer service. Wonder how long they will be in business?

Have been much better to work with and very responsive via email. I originally had some issues, but some of the communication issues were my own. They have been very accommodating since then and I would definitely recommend them.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a defective toilet and have had an extremely difficult time getting a replacement. I haven't been able to reach 1 helpful person. I think I am going to have to drive this thing over to the store to be able to speak to someone that can help me :/ Not cool
