Well stocked store with friendly and helpful staff. I usually order online and pick-up at the store, I've never had to wait more than an hour for the confirmation that my order is ready.

Love Tractor Supply but the prices have gone beyond my budget. Getting our cat supplies at Walmart now. And getting the Catfood delivered for free. Until the economy changes I won't be shopping there for awhile. Thank you for your time.

Recently I went to your Porter location and the clerk large fellow up front was very rude and very unhelpful luckily Kayla stepped in then he tried to derail her the issue was I wanted to return an item I had bought 3 days prior from a different location and it had malfunctioned and started to fall apart immediately I went to this location hoping they would have the same item to replace the first one I had purchased Unfortunately they did not so the clerk told me they did not do returns from other stores even though I have my receipt ready then Kayla Stephan and was very nice but the other clerk immediately jumped all over her telling her that she would lose her job if she were to return an item that was purchased at a different location regardless of a receipt or that the item did not function properly and by function I mean the item literally fell apart it was a rabbit boot scraper and the bristles on the brush simply started to fall out so then I asked to see a manager and was shocked at the careless attitude he had in the matter he was rude and I don't mean a little rude he was excessively rude belligerent and overall unhelpful so I pressed the matter and finally was able to get a refund on the item all in all this transaction took about 45 minutes of my valuable time I normally would have let this go but the boot scraper was purchased by my 10 year old daughterAnd I wasn't going to return without another boot scraper or her money backOnce again I can't say enough good things about Kayla she was very polite very articulateAnd more than helpfulAlmost standing up to her boss

Really? I was surprised because Ive never had a bad experience there. The employees are always working hard and not standing around. They probably just don't have time to cater to an overly demanding customer. I Checked your other reviews and seems like you're the sultan of one star reviews.

Wednesdays and Saturdays for this location, I'm fairly certain. The vaccines are done through petvet.

They have pretty much all vaccines and meds which are not restricted to DVMs (ie rabies). I pray that your pumps have not already been exposed to parvo. If so, you really need to take them to a veterinarian immediately. It is critical to get plenty of fluids (ie Pedialyte) into them.
They carry several in the store and you can order more delivered. There are different types. Would help to know what type you need.
