Food is so critical these days especially after the 'shutdown' and this was a great stop for food fuel.

The food was excellent and worth the wait. The buttermilk pancakes were absolutely wonderful. This restaurant is extremely busy, so it can take a while to get seated. The food wait time was a bit long but they did have a sign up for hiring help in the kitchen.

Because they have so many regulars and such a long history that they don't feel the need to post menus. That is obviously just my opinion.
