Norman was terrible. I walk in at 11am, and he’s yelling at a customer over the phone, with a line full of customers waiting to get served in person. Finally it’s my turn and he’s giving me a very sassy attitude unwarranted. He asks if I had an appointment, I tell him that I called yesterday to set one and they told me to just come in at 11… So I end up having to wait 5.5 hours in total. I normally don’t write bad reviews, but this was by far my worst customer service experience.. If I could rate it zero stars I would, because 1 star is even too high.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The man at the front desk was extremely rude. He stated he cannot patch the tire and the tire must be replaced (I’ve had tires patched before and it was completely patchable) so while trying to sell me a new tire he did not even know what tire size it was and tried to sell me the wrong size tire.

They don't have barriers in between the customer and the employees but everyone is wearing a mask.
There are only 2 service writers working there. They are very understaffed. Usually only 1 person there on the desk. They are doing the best they can but they can't answer every call.

Depends on the vehicle, my Ram 1500 ran about $160 apiece not including balance and road Hazzard. But be aware no matter if you schedule a appointment or not be prepared for a long wait and additional repairs they want to do.A oil change has taken two hours and a front end replacement took eight hours

Not sue about lowering springs,but I am sure they can if they can replace ball joints like on my full size truck.
