After visiting 10 different Home Depot locations in attempts to find flat-backed Alaska Gray ledgers to finish the last of a 3 wall project, we met Carmello from JDM Countertops (MSI authorized contractor) who referred us to the MSI office off of 43rd in Phoenix. This is when we had the pleasure of meeting Chris Levario at the servicing desk. Chris not only listened to our problem, which MSI had not encountered prior to our visit, he immediately sprang into action in attempts to find a solution. He even walked us back to the same location to confirm the product specificity needed to complete the job. He provided us with contact information for reporting the problem as well. We are DIYers and this was our first visit to MSI for such a request, so Chris made sure to explain the details of the process as we went along. After ordering our product, we then had the pleasure of being assisted at the loading docks by Darious and Gordan and our experience was enhanced even more by their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine conversation as they worked diligently to get us loaded. These two gentlemen continued our education by explaining the process of return in the event of our product not matching the existing walls. We eventually encountered Gordan again upon our return and we were amazed that he still remembered our names and exactly what were were looking to accomplish. Our total experience from a customer service perspective was amazing from beginning to end. Each person listening to our needs and worked to provide a solution to the problem. Although we eventually had to visit 2 additional Home Depot locations (12 total) to get the exact Alaska Gray 6 x 24 product needed to complete our project, our experience with MSI employees was top notch!
