They removed debris from my impelar and showed me how to do it for myself next time. Trip charge was 95.00 for five minutes which is expensive. But they were out same day!!

Great company!! The only pool store I will shop at. They are very personal, remember your name, reasonable prices, and a large selection. They are a wealth of knowledge.. Thank you for amazing service!!!

8/24/22 10am guy with beard and glasses. He states he is the manager. I told him I needed 5lbs of chlorine (shock) with 2 bags in my hand and asked if came in bulk he turned around and sold me 25lbs of tablets for $160. When I asked him isnt that alot of money for it. He told me. Yep prices went up! My husband not even 5 min later went back in to return it letting them know this is not shock it sold but tablets he said no return on chemicals. Usually they are friendly and great when you come in they take time to make sure you are purchasing correct chemicals for your pool! 3 guys behind the counter should of been able to help out, but all 3 too busy looking for gaskets they could not find. If I wanted to be ripped off I would just go to Leslie's pools! Very sad! I will find someone to buy it because I know alot of people with pools! I will find a new pool store from now on and spread the word!

William and his staff were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly NOT pushy. While shopping for a new pool pump, they offered me 4 different options that they thought would be appropriate and spent the time to explain the pros and cons of each system. I highly recommend William and his team at Northwest Pool & Spa! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Questions & Answers

I am having a problem with algee in my play pool. We are constantly pouring chloride in it and scrubbing it down. I think it is because the automatic chlorinator has stopped working but my husband said no. What do you think?

My pool was a swamp, they were able to help. Bring them a sample of pool water.

do Starite pool pumps have any kind of lubricant that needs to be maintained? mine has started making a loud buzzing sound; but still works ok. I replaced a leaky O-ring earlier this year. Ive owned this home with existing pool 8 yrs now. Thanks

Usually when any pump motor starts to make a buzzing sound, it typically means that the bearings have gone bad in it. Which we will happily replace for you, for $69.99.
