Hi David, technicians do not move furniture, but will clean right up to and around furniture that is in the room. They’ll also get underneath where they can (like with dining tables)

I'm not sure about the price on square footage, but I had 3 rooms done at $143.00 I said no to the pet stain removal because its $79.00 a gallon extra and the guy said he would need to use at least 3 gallons, so my price quote went up to almost $400.00 I did however love the way it turned out with the regular clean.
