Idiotic policies, does not care about patients, and allows patients to go into withdrawals over asinine rules regarding insurance verification. DISRESPECTUL!!!

Pretty good initial visit for evaluation of my depression. Office staff and Dr Jacob were very professional. The only issue I have is the policy of not filling out Medical Leave and Temporary Disability forms.

Is it okay to pay for my session then be called back by dr Jacob for him to only reschedule me till next month only because he didn’t feel like talking to me while I was at my friends instead simply asking me to go outside n be alone

Why didn't you go somewhere else, so u could be alone? I could see why he rescheduled u. It must've been distracting for him, I'm sure he heard noise on the line. I take it that he charge u for missing his session. For u to have a session, is important for u or ur son. Don't let ur pride get in ur way reschedule ur appointment
