The management lies to get you to use other credit card they prefer. I used self credit card at Huntington Beach Store and this location first said system is rejecting it and then told me they will get messages from corporate if they do. He even returned my car without authorization and O had to get ad uber ad get home. I know they lied because I have a copy of transaction from HD.m enterprise. Finally went to other location and got my rental. Never again

The car was great, except the inside of the were dirty with film. I had to clean because the visibility was bad. The employee who helped me rent the vehicle was very helpful and courteous.

I heard the 12.99 weekend special which runs from September through May at most locations will not be offered anymore ...
I imagine that if they can look for another state closer to where you are going
They have rude & ruder models. A wide selection of attitude as well...
Unfortunately they don't allow after hour key drop off. You have to drop off in person.
