From start to finish we had a very pleasant experience. Initially ordered the retractable screen for the home we just moved into to keep our dogs in and to let the fresh air flow through (and keep the bugs out). The appointment set-up was easy and fast. Within a couple days we had a Technician over to the house. The Tech was friendly and on time. Rep went over the colors to choose from and the process then it seemed that in just a matter of minutes we had a new screen door. It works so well and is exactly what we were wanting. In the beginning, the dogs and a few adults walked into the screen but it was durable and was easily able to get back on track. We're really happy with the product and service that Casper Disappearing Screens provided!

We had Casper install screens on our large french door on the second floor to allow more air in the house for the hot summers. Ordered a custom size and they answered all our questions. Good quality. Knowledgeable installer offered several good tips on opening/closing and care. The white screens and casing look nice and love the disappearing aspect for a clean look.

Customer service was awesome and quick they take customers seriously and care. The installation was so fast and it looks great. Best part is it changes the whole airflow to the whole house. We get a breeze or wind everyday with the screen door now we get amazing flow. The cat and dog love it as well
