I believe his name is Adrienne but could not have been more rude when my husband & I came in to do some shopping. He was very passive when we asked for help an then was incredibly rude when I asked him a question. Then as my husband took his mask off to catch a quick breathe by the door that was open he yelled at him. I've been in customer service for 15 years & while I understand the mandate there's no need to be rude or disrespectful of good paying customers. I would encourage anyone who comes to this establishment to ask for anyone to help them but this gentleman. Having someone like that isn't good for moral & instead of buying 3 rooms of furniture we decided to leave.

I can't believe this place has the nerve to call themselves an outlet store. You'd be hard pressed to find many things under $1000. Bring lots of $$$$ this place is pricey.
