Very rude Assistant manager Brian refused restroom to a customer. Reason being the restrooms in view of the public are NOT public and private for employees only. Brian made me feel very uncomfortable. Will not return.

I’ve always found silver plated stuff. Turn over that tarnished dish. If there is a makers mark or something, I take them home and clean them up. Plus I have been reading some of the other reviews and I have to say their funny. One person complains that there is no dressing rooms, another complains that the staff was using the dressing rooms. Which is it. One person complained that the store was too small, while another said the store was large. People’s perception on what they observe is telling here. Can you trust them to give you honest reviews?

One of the worst Goodwill stores in Washington. NO FITTING ROOMS.....HOWEVER You better be absolutely certain an item fits BEFORE YOU LEAVE. There is NO RETURNS after 7 days, and you can NEVER get your money back, only store credit. And that credit ONLY works in Ellensburg store.
