I went to the DMV to get a vin inspection for my new car. Online it said I did not need to make an appointment, so I didn’t. I wish I had. There are no more paper tickets so you will need to get your phone and scan the code to send a text to receive your number. If you don’t have a phone, you go up to the counter and they will write you a number on a Post-it note. I arrived at 10 AM when they open on Wednesday in May 2022. The line was clear out the door. I was finished at 11 AM, one hour after I arrived and there were just a few people in the lobby. So no matter what you are there for, I suggest making an appointment. The workers were very friendly.

Not sure about entering Arizona. The ⭐ Star is for boarding planes domestic and foreign. It cost $30.00 more. Make sure you make an appointment through the website. Make a appointment early in the day.

they arent requiring you to drive right now.. Just the knowledge testing and paying fees. Vin inspections are also being done.. Just make your appt and be there they will let u do what u can.. We just moved here and were able to get licensed.. Birth certification is REQUIRED
No not for someone who hasn't had a driver's license before. They are doing appointments for people who's license have expired or renewal from a different state. I just went on Tuesday. I have an Idaho license but my son wanted to get his license since he's well over the driving permit requirements. Hope this helps.
