I always liked living here. I never had any problems, people are nice and it is quiet. The rent is reasonable compared to other places around town. The maintenance and improvements are being done around the park since the new management took over. I recommend this place.

New management that took over are complete heartless with the covid pandemic going on and being a good tenant Over the years they were in no help of the situation when trying to make arrangements just stack more fees and evictions Paper and after get everything caught up not even a week of rent being another evictions they are trying to weed all the tenants out and take over their mobiles and jack up the price lot rent increase triple already due to maintenance but nothing is ever fixed my neighbor ask me if I can install a garden hose after the landlords took out her irrigation line and said her problem not their yeah last place u wanna rent from
