Piercer had a pretty difficult time just changing my septum ring out & didn't even clean the new one he put in. Won't be going back.

Went in for a re-piercing, and was in and out in what felt like 5 minutes. Everything was definitely way less of a hassle than when I first got that same piercing at another parlor, the piercer was really efficient.
Where do I get my hair cut like this? How far ahead do I make an appt.? How much does the hair cut cost? I also need an easy tattoo of a small elephant holding a balloon to have 'diabetic T-1 tatted in the balloon?
