The workers were rude, they shorted us 2 Chili cheese dogs, and the grilled chicken is so gross it taste like water and pepper. it’s also the only Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to that doesn’t have chicken tenders!! This is by far the worst one I’ve been to... I’ll never come back here and I’ll tell everyone I know

I visited this location yesterday evening at about 5pm and ordered two medium blizzards via drive thru for myself and my daughter. When handed my order the worker did not turn the blizzards upside down to demonstrate the thickness check, so I should've suspected something at that moment. Upon opening them I immediately realized the ingredients had not been blended at all. In fact they were still in whole pieces. I returned them to the walk up counter and expressed my concerns to who I presume was the manager and she very rudely instructed to me that this was how they're supposed to be!!! I know that to be incorrect from previously purchased items at various locations. I asked her to remake them and to blend my blizzards more as to which she replied"THESE ARE NOT MCFLURRIES!!" Well I'm obviously not at McDonald's but I know that??? But Im not here to go back and forth with you, either remake them or refund me. She then reblended the now melted ice cream and slid them back to me all sticky and a mess with no spoons!!! But i guess that was fine because they were milkshakes now!! The worker attitude was atrocious and her customer service skills are severely lacking. Do better Dairy Queen/Campbell sincerely a concerned patron .

Incredibly long Wait and drive through line, With only five vehicles in front of us. They will not take orders at the drive-through speaker, they just yell out to Give your order at the window, Which says that it is working properly since they can hear you and talked back to you. Extremely slow service. Watching through the window while waiting in the line and find that the two girls inside working or more on their phones or yapping to each other instead of making ice cream’s or taking care of customers. If it was possible to give even a less rating of one star I would!
