Not a good experience compared to the last time we had our grandfather clock serviced. It cost $150 and the weights, pendulum and chain were polished. Here we were charged $950, nothing was polished, and the weights were replaced with lesser quality weights.

Yes! They do do "Housecalls". I have a grandmother clock that I "Inherited". They remove the movement from my clock and did a complete "Overhaul" on it. They are "MASTERS"! At their craft!
Give the clock shop at Fulton Avenue call they will ask for a brief description of the clock determine if they work on that particular brand if they do you can bring it in for a free estimate and decide from there all the best of luck to you
