The staff is great. They describe the item, if it's missing a piece or doesn't power on. Not thrilled about days to pick it up, but I haven't had any problems with picking up stuff. Website is easy to navigate, setting up an account was easy.

Awesome place! I forgot it was Tuesday. I got a call from the owner before closing time. A beautiful lady! I was able to pick up my items! I still can’t believe it! She’s awesome! Thank you!!! The gentlemen working there are also very nice and helpful! Love this awesome Auction place!

Custom Auction is always closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Www.customauctionservises.net Guns are sold periodically. You can always check the website each week to get a jist of the items that are up for action. Preview is on Friday from 9am to 2pm. Saturday from 9am to 4pm and the live action starts at 4pm Saturday evening!
If you go to preview on Friday or Saturday and find something you'd like to have, write the number down that's on the item(s). If you can't be at the auction Saturday afternoon/evening then go into the office and let them know the item number and how much you're willing to pay. They'll take all your information and if you were the highest bidder they'll call you on Tuesday to let you know and then you have to go pick it up.
It's open to the public, just get a bid number from the office and you're good to go.
