They refused to accept my payments, and now they want to repossess my car. They kept refusing, then have the nerve to say I wasn’t “making payments” I have a ledger that proves this. I’ve found that this has happened to other customers as well. I’ve made timely payments. This is fraud.

Hello Elisa. According to Golden 1's website they offer free notarizing for only Golden 1 documents and charge a fee for other documents. Just an FYI, questions here go to community members like yourself, not directly to the business.
