Friendly and helpful staff. Worked well with me to book appointment. Make sure to do thorough walk around RV before drop off and pick up inside and out. Unfortunately I did not, my mistake. After maintenance I put immediately in storage for a few weeks then opened RV and did walk around and found water pump was left on and noticed damage to RV body. Staff at RV Express denies responsibility for damage, I never hit RV, impossible that type of damage to RV done in storage.

Horrible customer service. Immediately after I got there, older lady incharge tells she could help me look for a part for my trailers A/C unit. "Manufacturer doesn't make the parts anymore.

Never had such a bad experience with a place that I felt compelled to leave a review. So I had just purchased almost $400 of rv deep cycle interstate batteries from RV Express, and while I was there I saw they had a 30 amp generator adapter that I needed. I asked the lady at the front if it was the right adapter for my generator, and she said it was for generators.(Vague) So I thought ok great I'll pick that up while I'm here. Well it turned out I actually needed the 3 prong 30 amp adapter which was an oversight by me even though she had told me that it should work. So no biggie I'll just go return it. When I went back to return it, which was an hour and 8 minutes from when I purchased it, the lady told me they could not accept a return on electrical components. Supposedly they have a little sign up high by the ceiling that says it is their policy, but considering I had just dropped almost half a grand on batteries and I had only had the dang thing for an hour its not like I had time to go on a vacation and use the thing then return it...you would think it would make good business sense to make an exception and refund the customer. Nope she forced me to make an exchange for another overpriced adapter that I could have gotten on Amazon for half the price they were charging. Sad man. You try and do the right thing and buy local, and this is what you get. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Go somewhere else if you can.
