The pizza is amazing! We go on a regular basis. Extremely dissatisfied this time. We ordered thin crust and our pizza was made with thick. (There is a reason we order thin crust!). Their response to the error was that they could remake it. We did not want to wait another 35/40 minutes. So we picked it apart to eat it. We are disappointed they didn’t offer a discount or something as simple as a coupon for next time. What a bummer tonight at our favorite place to eat pizza.

Really enjoy the rich robust sauce. They put just enough too. Some places put too much. Great balance of toppings and the crust is perfect. Our favorite place.

Love Pizza Factory! Pizza (normally pepperoni, olives and extra cheese) and a warm Turkey sandwitch…yum! I grew up on Gary’s pizza factory in Dunsmuir so this is like a little taste of home.
