Very bad customer service , booked an appt. to find out they decide to work on somebody else and I will have to wait more than 30 min until they finish their client.I understand problems can arise but this is very disrespectful specially when I move my clients on my schedule to make it to the appt made.

No they are not
Not sure why hours are not posted. However, I always get my nails done here and they do a great job. They are open everyday. If I remember correctly, on Sunday they are open from 11am to 5pm.
