I have been a Signal Financial member for many years. Signal not only provides outstanding loan products but also excellent customer service. Signal has all the digital tools and resources so going to the branch is not needed, if you so desire. I would highly recommend Signal Financial for all your financial needs including checking and savings, car and home loans, etc.

This location has had some some of the worst customer service in the past year. Shakira and 2 other employees were not helpful, didn't follow up or correct the errors made by the bank in a timely manor.

Depending on the kind of transaction you're trying to make, you have a number of options available: — The Kensington and Capitol Hill Branches are open Saturdays from 9 am to 1pm (tomorrow, 9/28, Kensington will open at 10 am). The new One Loudoun Branch in Ashburn, Virginia and the Leisure World Branch will soon be open on Saturdays as well. — Five 24-hour ATMs are available at our Kensington, Largo, Capitol Hill, and City Center Branches — Over 80,000 ATMs in the Allpoint and CO-OP networks are surcharge-free to Signal members and can be found at locations like Costco, Target, 7-Eleven, Walgreens, and others.
