I had purchased a washer and dryer from them, went fine so we decided to purchase a whole kitchen set from them. Microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove. What a mistake. Paid to have the fridge delivered and microwave installed, installed stove and dishwasher myself. Microwave installed incorrectly, hangs 5/8” off the cabinets I just had installed, and shows the vent. I called the appliance store and they said “that’s a third party installed, call them as it is not our concern.” Fridge had multiple scratches and dents on delivery, again called them, they said that is the problem of GE. Had to wait for GE to come. 3 months later it started freezing our food. Have had 5 service calls on the fridge, 3 on the microwave. GE is apparently not quality, though it was $5500 and “top of the line” per the salesman. Good luck with this place as they have no quality control

Horrible service, their phone cuts off every time you want to speak to them. Don't even try to chat with them, it's a joke using their chat system.
