You can if you have a prepaid label. You have to be buzzed in tho by going over to they key pad and pressing the call button. Make sure you look into the camera cuz they will not answer/ buzz you in if they cant clearly see your face. When they do buzz you in nobody comes out to greet you and you cant go inside so i just put the packages next to the door and leave. Drop offs after 6pm on friday they dont accept unless you stand outside the gate and wait for an employee comming in or out. They are usually nice about it anf accept it but they let me know that the truck has already left for the night so it wouldnt go out until the next day(saturday or even monday) which is fine with me as long as they accept it. But as far as monday through Thursday goes, I've dropped packages off at 2 am and they've accepted. But remember you have to be looking in the camera so they can see your face or they will just not answer.

R u sure it seems like a distribution center only. They are there all hours. Something like that though your best bet is 9-5.

Good luck to you. The company has any possible way to complain buried so deep you will never get to anyone to help. Fedex used to be great but I will never use them. The best I ever got was that the drivers are all contractors and they will pass the problem on to the boss of those guys.

In transit means it's on it's way to the given address.
