Came in to see the doctor about getting an MRI done. Last time my insurance covered the visit and that was made clear to me before my visit. After my visit on 8/3, I was sent an electronic bill through my email for my visit with the doctor. Crystal called me and said she would clear that up and bill my insurance and apologized for the inconvenience. Thank you so much for the swift response crystal you are the bomb. Update: Today is 8/27 and I have yet to receive a follow up call about an appointment to be seen again. If you try and call Alpine, you sit on hold FOREVER just to be sent to a message box where its clear as day no one is checking those messages or calling anyone back otherwise I wouldnt be writing this. I was told on my last visit, I would be called in a matter of a few days to set up an MRI. Normally these delays wouldn't bother me but I've been dealing with back pain and having to work through it. I really wish they would call me back cause I've waited MONTHS(since May) to get another injection into my spine. Writing a review was the only way I could get a hold of someone so hopefully the right person will see this.

Dr. Salomon had my boy walking in under a week. Thank you very much. The staff was very nice and warm to my toddler. Highly recommend!!! Keep up the great work. God bless

Reaching them is the worst. Calling you back end of business day, biggest lie yet. My mom needs a 2 week follow up for surgery. It’s been 3 weeks and still no contact, finally got a hold of them and she said she will get back to me because they had to verify she even had the surgery. Her stitches need OUT. Biggest regret is having her go here

Only reason I gave them a 3 star and not one is because Dr Maclean was very thoughtful and explained everything very well and actually recommended to avoid certain things that other doctors told to use and I actually felt better his assistant is also very friendly but the wait times are ridiculous.
