You will need to go on the website, scroll to the bottom of the page to the grey banner with four columns of information. In the first column is a link for returns. Click on that, complete and submit the electronic form. You will be provided with a return authorization. You must have that RA to get a refund or replacement. Most people who have problems have tried to bypass this step. Turns out that stuff that is returned without the RA is not accepted, so your items can go missing. Make sure you get the RA and then call in a few days to follow up. Its a smaller business that has been hit hard by the Covid situation so be patient.
