Every visit we come there is a whole new crew of teenagers who don't know how to make things. Sometimes they will say they are out of things just because the current crew doesn't know how to make it. I have tried to use my rewards points the past 3 visits and each time with a new cashier nobody knew how to process it. This last visit I pre ordered through the app so I would KNOW my rewards would process and they did not serve frappes which I used my reward for when I got there. They changed it to a large vanilla iced coffee in which they charged me full price for doubling the cost of my small order. They also had caramel,vanilla syrup, iced coffee, and ice cream so I do not know how they were "out of frappes."

Took a long time to get to the speaker but im usually not upset about waiting. However I'm very upset that I ordered 10pc nugget and got 6 pieces and a piece that looks like it was sitting in the fryer, it was mutilated. I ordered a mc double and got a since cheeseburger wrapped like a mc double but didn't have the onions or pickles. I generally don't complain but atleast train your people right.

The Restaurant was Filthy,floors,tables,everything!My sandwich didn't have any meat&the English Muffin wasn't toasted(though I was told their toaster didn't work).My order was wrong&my husband's coffee was awful!We had to wait 15 min. for a to go order!No waste containers available!An employee was eating behind the counter & some uniforms were very dirty!Normally I really like McDonald's but if all were like this I would stop going!!

Fries were old tasted like they had been in the warmer for hours. Sandwiches were all wrong and the nuggets were rubbery I don't know what the shift manager was doing that day but the experience was horrible not sure if I want to re visit again in fear that the same thing will happen and I'll waste my money again. I even called the next day and whomever I talked to was rude and disrespectful for someone that is supposed to be a manager. Maybe if they would have fixed the issue I was discussing instead of being rude

I believe that they are having problems getting employees to work.
Pretty much the same as it was when i was there
Too many people making 3× as much money on unemployment so no one wants to work
Warning for others, I was on the time clock for my 30 minute break; CDL holder, Truck I couldn't use the drive-thru either. Deff. Won't be back.
Window mouth out with salt water call your doctor then call McDonald's and inform them that's what would do on that. But yes call your doctor
