If I could give them zero stars I would they are incompetent and have zero communication with customers we have been waiting 7 weeks for my husband’s stuff and when you call them out on their mistake all they do is hang up on you and blame their mistake on doctors when I have been calling them to ask what hold up is they have never communicated with me at all, they tell you is that they are backed up on orders and will still have to wait to get item but never once mentioned what was the problem to help them communicate with doctors. Would definitely not recommend anyone go there cause you will never what was ordered for you.

Malissa and Pam answered all our questions well. I had to learn how to take apart the REVO 2.0 Scooter (in 5 parts) to put inside the back of our KIA Sorento. My husband has too many disabilities to lift the heavy pcs in. The seat weighs 22 lbs and base w/o batteries + back wheels weighs 48 lbs. I won’t deny its a workout. Dave and Scott were great to show us how to take it apart and how to put it back together. I did the same in the store with their assistance. Then my husband asked if I wanted to try and get it in the back of the SUV. Dave and Malissa went out with me. I was able to take it apart and put it inside the back. I would recommend a back brace until you can get your muscles built up (if you need one). And you need to be able to safely lift properly; which I was taught how to at my employment even though I am just a cashier!

We purchased a Medplus long term care bed and an Etac shower chair. We received great delivery service and assembly of the bed by Chris and Deron. I worked with Terina in placing the order for these items. Terina was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. She also was prompt in returning my phone calls.

Went to Kettering Medmart to buy a simple Rollator, Terina was the absolute most helpful salesperson. I had a bad experience at their Cincinnati store which was closer to me, it was worth the extra drive to work with such a wonderful representative. I highly recommend going to the Medmart in Kettering, Terina worked with us on our budget and gave us excellent service!
