Only giving 1 star because I have to. We have attempted to order multiple pieces of equipment for patients discharging home, followed up and was told that the orders were received and being processed, only for us to find out later they can’t find the request/order. So I have patients at home who have now been without their requested DME for almost 2 weeks. Everyone we talk to says something different about why we are being told different stories. Today was the final straw when we asked to speak to a supervisor and the employee (Moses) hung up the phone. Go anywhere else but here for reliable and timely service.

Terrible customer service. Tried to send back a chair because of their mistake. They wanted to charge my mom a 25% restocking fee and shipping from and back to the warehouse.
