Just get a frozen pizza. This place is a joke. Just about every single order I’ve had from them, as they’re the only place that delivers to my home, something hasn’t been right or the food is inedible from sitting in the warmer so long. I am not someone to complain AT ALL, so believe me when I say to avoid this location. Last night I ordered an extra cheese pan pizza and a spinach with feta cheese bread. Pizza was fine but I somehow got jalapeño and cheese bread. I called to complain and was told I would have to pay another delivery fee to have the correct one delivered, or they’d give me an online coupon for a free bread next time. Honestly, I should’ve spoken up and just asked for a refund at that point but I’m not confrontational at all so I just got the coupon that I’ll never use. I’ve worked delivery for a pizza place before and NEVER have I heard of a customer being charged another delivery fee to get their correct order. The company is supposed to comp that. This was just the last straw. Last time I ordered a pizza and spinach with feta bread, I ended up with my correct pizza and another pizza I didn’t order instead of the bread. That time my bread was delivered to me, with no extra fee bs. I’ve ordered a chicken, bacon, and ranch pizza and the pizza I ended up with was a regular pizza with chicken on it.

Just don’t do it. We’ve given them way too many “one more chances” because they are the only place that delivers to us. It’s not worth it. It is ALWAYS burnt. No matter what time of day or day of the week…it arrives burnt…or at best, really overdone. Sometimes it is both burnt AND undercooked- quite the feat! This includes both the pizza and side dishes. The toppings are also wrong about 50-60% of the time. If you complain, you’ll get a free pizza but it changes nothing. So do yourself a favor and check out Marcos or Pizza Hut or just fire up Door Dash and skip the pizza.

Sometimes, on a rare occasion, Pizza shows up over cooked and maybe a little burned. But if that happens you will automatically get a free pizza. That does not quite make up for it. However, when they bring the food really really late, you will automatically get a free pizza. So that's kind of cool. But those rare occasions are the only time I'm disappointed. The other 90% of the times it is SO good, I honestly am. The pizza shows up super hot, the pan pizza is just excellent, all the crust recipes are finally dialed in after years and years. Very good toppings. I love the sandwiches. They are awesome. The desserts are great. Salads are not very good but who buys them really. The bread bowl and pasta dishes are good also. I do not know why they don't have a make your own salad since I have a make your own pasta and make your own pizza etc etc. Anyways, yes, probably the best pizza place to deliver from right now

The quality has really dropped here over the 2 years. Dont get regular tossed pizza as that is like cardboard. Third time in a row now I have experienced that. Pan pizza not as bad but edges all burnt. They run their ovens way to hot. I ordered in store and watched for 30 mins my order( one pizza never made so had to wait the cycle twice). They tossed three pizzas in garbage just while I was there and turned down oven twice in 30 mins. Owners are out of Aiken and Augusta . They need to do random visits to this place more. I have already expressed my opinion to them and they sent me something to try again. I will wait a while before going back. Granted it was Friday dinner time but have had this on other nights earlier in week too. No one wears masks or rubber gloves while working. Also stated in other reviews.
