This is absolutely the worst east if Chicago Pizza that I have ever had. The employees were rude and to make it worse they completely messed up my order. It was a very simple order so idk what happened but I spent almost 40 bucks and got cold food that I didn't order.

Just wow! I drove up here at 8pm on a weekday. I called from the parking lot to place an order for 2 pizzas. The guy on the phone told me it would be 35 minutes for pickup! Sounds reasonable right, if they are busy? Nope! I could see through the front window, there were at least 2 people sitting in the office, no one on the line making anything or doing work in the store. Businesses are struggling because of COVID and these folks can even be bothered to get up and make a couple of pizzas. I told him I was in the parking lot and was not willing to wait that long for it, and he just said okay so you don't want it? What a joke!! I like East of Chicago but will not be returning after this experience.
